Greco di Tufo is native to the Campania region in southern Italy. We have planted Greco di Tufo in our Nube Bianco Vienyard at the headwaters of the Russian River in the beautiful high elevation Potter Valley in Mendocino County. This wine was fermented and "sur lie" aged for 5 months in French Burgundy oak barrels. Aromas and flavors of toasted almonds, figs, and honey make this a perfect starter wine or a perfect partner for grilled fish, roasted poultry, and soft ripe cheeses.
